		You’ve seen the NBC hit reality television show The Biggest Loser. Now you can take part in a challenge of your own right here on QVC. The season 5 winner, Ali Vincent, will join us with her inspirational tips and tricks to help you stay on track with your wellness goals. We had a chance to ask Ali some questions about her own weight loss challenge and how she stays on the road to success. QVC: What makes you happiest about losing the weight? Ali: Now that’s a loaded question. I think what I’m most excited about, now that I have regained control of my life, is knowing I have the power to create my destiny through my choices. 		Get to know QVC’s Blue Jean Chef
		Although she's a professional chef, Meredith Laurence has a laid-back approach to cooking and teaching. You'll always find her right at home in her denim jeans in the kitchen -- that's why she's known as *The Blue Jean Chef*. With formal training from the New England Culinary Institute, Meredith has cooked in restaurants from Provence, France to San Francisco, California. She also honed her teaching abilities managing several cooking schools before becoming QVC's go-to cook in the kitchen. In preparation for the premiere of her weekly cooking show, we asked Meredith to answer a few questions for our eNewsletter exclusive interview.
		QVC: How did you get your start as a QVC chef? ML: I was working as the manager of a test kitchen and teaching at a cooking school for home chefs in San Francisco when QVC asked me to come and present the Tuesday Night Cooking Class on QVC. That was back in 2000. One thing led to another and, eight years later, I am involved with Technique® Cookware, developing new products for the kitchen, consulting on product design, testing the products, and presenting them on QVC.
